I’ve been a returning customer of Watch Armor for film protection on my watches more than seven times, and I’ve always been very satisfied with their service.

The first time I approached her, her pricing may not have been the most competitive, as she was providing home services. However, what impressed me was her skill, attention to detail, and professionalism. Before starting the work, she would carefully inspect the watch and point out any existing scratches or marks, so that we were fully aware of the watch’s condition beforehand. After completing the film protection, she would also take the time to explain how to properly care for and protect the watch.

Recently, I visited her new shop at Far East Plaza for another film protection job, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully the shop had been renovated. What impressed me most, however, was not just the renovation but the way she designed the workspace.

Customers can sit directly in front of the workstation and watch while she performs the film protection. Compared with some other shops where customers have to hand over their watches and wait outside the work area, I find this setup much more reassuring and comfortable. Being able to see the entire process gives me an added sense of security and confidence.

For me, it’s not just about having a nicely renovated shop. It’s the transparency, professionalism, skill and trust that make me keep coming back.

Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely continue to be a returning customer of Watch Armor.

Just got my wife’s watch protected with WatchArmour!

Service was tip top too. The shop doesn’t even feel like a typical watch accessory store, more like stepping into a nice parlour. Very comfortable and premium experience.
